Ownership & Copyright

All designs remain the intellectual property of Cool Moon Designs. Purchasing a design grants you a limited license to use the design—it does not transfer ownership.

Permitted Commercial Use

We allow limited commercial use under the following conditions:

Designs may be used to create physical, finished products only, such as burned hats, handcrafted goods, and other tangible items you personally produce
You may sell these finished products in small business settings, including Etsy shops, local markets, and your own website

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:
