Digital Products
All products sold by Cool Moon Designs are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.
Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any digital files once delivery has occurred.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Accidental purchases
- Change of mind
- Lack of software, tools, or skill to use the file
- Failure to read product descriptions or license terms
- Misunderstanding of commercial or instructional use permissions
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital product.
License & Usage Clarification
Purchase of a digital design includes a limited commercial use license as outlined in our Terms of Service and Commercial Use Policy.
Refunds will not be granted due to:
- Misinterpretation of license rights
- Assumptions regarding workshop, instructional, or third-party use
- Requests for expanded usage rights after purchase
Extended, instructional, or third-party usage requires separate written permission and is not covered by the standard purchase license.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same design twice, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. If the files have not been downloaded, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
File Issues or Errors
If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we will gladly help:
• File corruption
• Download errors
• Incorrect file delivered
We will provide a corrected file or alternate download where applicable. These situations do not qualify for a refund.
Unauthorized Use Does Not Qualify for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for purchases where files have been used in violation of our Terms of Service, including unauthorized redistribution, instructional use, or third-party sharing.

When permission is granted, attribution must include:

and a clickable link to our website.
📚 Can I give the files to my students or customers?
No.
You may not:
- Share files with students
- Include designs in handouts or PDFs
- Upload designs to course platforms
- Distribute files in any format
Each user must purchase their own license unless otherwise approved in writing.
🖥️ What if I accidentally buy the same design twice?
If you accidentally purchase the same design twice, contact us within 24 hours.
If files have not been downloaded, we may offer store credit at our discretion.
🛠️ What if my file won’t download or is corrupted?
Please contact us right away. We’re happy to:
- Fix download issues
- Replace corrupted files
- Provide the correct file
These situations do not qualify for refunds but we will make it right.
