Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

3.2 Limited License to Use Purchased Designs

Upon purchase, Cool Moon Designs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the purchased Design for:

• Personal use
• Creation of physical finished products for sale

This license does not permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or sharing of the digital files in any form.

3.3 Instructor, Workshop & Third-Party Image Use Guidelines

Use of Cool Moon Designs images or Designs on third-party websites, blogs, workshops, classes, courses, brochures, or other instructional or promotional materials is not permitted by purchase alone and requires separate written permission from Cool Moon Designs.

Permitted Use (With Written Permission Only)

If written permission is granted, use is subject to all of the following conditions:

• Use is limited to promotion of a specific workshop or event
• Only a limited number of Designs may be displayed
• Proper attribution must be clearly visible
• Attribution must include the Cool Moon Designs name and a live, clickable link to https://coolmoondesigns.com
• Use is non-exclusive and may be revoked at any time
• Designs may not be altered, modified, recolored, cropped, or redistributed
• Designs may not be included in downloadable materials or instructional content

3.4 Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

• Share or distribute design files to students or third parties
• Include Designs in handouts, PDFs, courses, or curriculum
• Use Designs as part of paid instructional content
• Upload Designs to print-on-demand platforms or marketplaces
• Claim ownership of the Designs or imply authorship

3.5 Enforcement & Revocation

Permission for third-party or instructional use may be revoked at any time. Upon revocation, all unauthorized use must immediately cease. Unauthorized use may result in takedown requests or further enforcement action.
