General Burning Instructions

1. Prepare the surface: Make sure it is clean, dry, and free of oils.
2. Test first: Always test your heat on a hidden area or scrap material.
3. Transfer the design: Use graphite paper and secure it so it does not shift.
4. Stabilize your work: Keep the surface firm and supported while burning.
5. Burn lightly: Start with outlines and build darkness with light passes.
6. Finish carefully: Allow to cool fully and brush away residue.
