Are you wanting to try burning a design on a hat or baseball cap but you are not confident of your drawing ability?

Our hat burning design is a great solution. You can cut our designs out of thin plastic or card stock and use them as a stencil. Or you can print the design and use carbon paper to trace the design onto your hat.

Many of our customers cut the designs apart to create totally unique hat designs. The design possibilities are virtually unlimited.

Because hats are not all the same size, we create our designs so you can use Canva or similar software to adjust the design size to fit your hat. We have a tutorial that explains the process. You can see it at How To Print Hat Burning Designs Tutorial

HATS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

You will receive a bundle of zipped files in a variety of formats containing the files you'll need to burn designs by hand or with a laser on hats, boots, journals, baseball caps, at more. Laser burning baseball caps and boots is not recommended.
