Our membership plans give you access to over 1200 designs with 100+ new designs added monthly.

Each design can be used for personal use or commercially. However, you can't sell the designs themselves. They must be applied or used on a product (i.e. a hat, t-shirt, mug, etc.).

The monthly and annual plans renew on a monthly or annual basis (respectively) while the Lifetime Plan is a one time payment and never expires.

Each plan has unlimited access to all of our designs (hat burning and graphic design). You can download as many designs as you want within the subscription period.

All of our hat burning designs can be used with laser machines. Or they can be printed then traced and hand-burned.

Our graphic designs can be used with sublimation printers, as well as with home and commercial printers. The designs are ready for Print-On-Demand printers like Printify, and other commercial printers

General Licensing and Use Rights Guidelines

YOU MAY:

Use the file(s) to create PHYSICAL items. You may use the files to create items for personal use, as gifts, or for selling commercially (small business use only). If you are a medium or large business, contact us for medium or large business licensing.

YOU MAY NOT:

1. You may NOT resell, copy, share or gift the digital files in any way.
2. You may NOT alter the files.
3. You may NOT upload or sell this file(s) to any sharing sites.
4. You may NOT combine this file(s) in any digital bundles.
5. You may NOT claim this design as your own. We are allowing you to use the files, but our Copyright does not transfer to you.

Workshops, Blogs, 3rd Party Website Policy

Use of Cool Moon Designs images or Designs on third-party websites, blogs, workshops, classes, courses, brochures, or other instructional or promotional materials is not permitted by purchase alone and requires separate written permission from Cool Moon Designs.

Permitted Use (With Written Permission Only)

If written permission is granted, use is subject to all of the following conditions:

• Use is limited to promotion of a specific workshop or event
• Only a limited number of Designs may be displayed
• Proper attribution must be clearly visible
• Attribution must include the Cool Moon Designs name and a live, clickable link to https://coolmoondesigns.com
• Use is non-exclusive and may be revoked at any time
• Designs may not be altered, modified, recolored, cropped, or redistributed
• Designs may not be included in downloadable materials or instructional content

The files are for creating physical products ONLY. Any other use is prohibited.

This Licensing And Use Rights policy may change at any time without notification.

Our Unlimited Download Membership Plans are designed to provide ongoing value for members who actively use our resources as intended — over time, not all at once.

To ensure a positive experience for all members and to prevent misuse, the following fair use guidelines apply:

 What’s Allowed:
– Unlimited downloads for personal or commercial use, as long as your membership remains active
– Access to all current and future content while your subscription is valid

 What’s Not Allowed:
– Mass-downloading or “content harvesting” with the intent to cancel shortly after downloading
– Sharing login credentials with others
– Redistributing, reselling, or re-uploading our files elsewhere

We monitor download activity to protect our content and community. Accounts exhibiting suspicious behavior (such as excessive downloads in a short time) may be paused, reviewed, or suspended without refund.
