What file types will I receive?
You will receive digital files in PDF, PNG, and JPG formats. The files are ready to print and use for your projects.

How do I download my purchased files?
After checkout, you’ll see an instant download link on the order confirmation page, and you’ll receive an email with the download link as well.

💸 Refunds & Returns

Do you offer refunds on digital products?
No. Because our products are digital downloads, there is nothing physical to return once the files are accessed or downloaded. We do not issue refunds for digital products after delivery.

What if there’s a problem with the file?
If a file is corrupted or won’t download, contact us and we’ll help you get a working file. Issues like this do not qualify for refunds, but we will make sure you get a usable product.

🛠️ License & Use

Can I use your designs for commercial projects?
Yes! Purchased designs include a limited commercial use license that allows you to create and sell physical finished products incorporating the design (like a burned hat). You may not resell the digital files themselves.

Can I use your designs in workshops, classes, or instructional materials?
No — not automatically. Any use of our designs in paid or free instructional settings, workshops, classes, curriculum, or promotional materials requires separate written permission before use. Contact us to request permission.

Can I use your images on my website or social media?
Limited promotional use may be allowed only with written permission, proper attribution, and a live link to coolmoondesigns.com. Contact us before using images in any commercial or promotional context.

✍️ Design Usage & Tips

Can I use your designs on a laser cutter?
Yes. Many customers use our designs with laser cutting or engraving machines. PNG files can usually be used directly or converted if needed.

Can I resize or customize the design to fit my project?
Yes — you may resize and adapt the design for your own use on finished products. However, you may not alter the design and claim it as your own, and you may not distribute the modified file separately.

🖨️ Printing & Fit Questions

Why won’t my design fit my hat?
Every hat shape and size is slightly different. You may need to resize the design to fit your specific hat. We have tutorials that show you how to adjust and print designs for perfect results.

Can I print designs on my home printer?
Yes! You can print designs on a laser printer as part of preparing them for your physical projects, like hat burning transfers.

🚫 Can I hire you for custom designs?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom designs at this time. Creating each design takes significant time and effort, and we focus on producing high-quality designs for all customers.
